Being in Gratitude

Being grateful for the ground that supports, that allows tension to be released. For the stars shining from above. For the chair you came to sit on. For the chair on which I sit, privileged to meet you.
Being grateful for the privilege of meeting you here and now. To hear the weight, to let it air out, to prepare a vessel just for you. Slowly, or fast, and mainly at your pace — to get to know the ghosts that are present here, coming from childhood. To meet the angels and grow them together, with loving nourishment.
I finish my work, and I go home in great gratitude. Your courage to walk this path, to step forward, to meet parts of sadness and hurt, parts of joy and pleasure, the shame and guilt. The anger and the offense. Parts upon parts, that together in the warm space in the cold winter — have a safe place to speak. To receive deep response. That will allow them to rest from shouting, too — they know they are seen.
There is much gratitude in me for this choice to meet me and to walk a path — not an easy one — toward a more loving and comfortable place with yourself.
Thank you to everyone who came this year to meet me — children, adults. Thank you to those with whom we'll continue meeting next year. Thank you to those who completed a process and moved on — you will always continue in my heart. Thank you to those whose goals have been achieved, and thank you to those with whom we'll continue walking the path to get there. My door is always open.
